PM - Surya Ghar Yojana

he PM Surya Ghar Yojana, also known as the Muft Bijli Yojana, is a flagship initiative by the Government of India aimed at promoting the adoption of rooftop solar power among residential households. Launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on February 15, 2024, the scheme targets the installation of rooftop solar panels in one crore households by March 2027.
